Please submit the documents below to the ISS office before June 11(Thu)
(1) Application form (Please go to the Academic Information Systems to fill in the application form and print it out. The original department Chair should duly sign the form and the advising professor.)
(2) Transcript
(3) ISS personal information form
(4) (Required for the Ph.D. program) Certificate or relevant documents of language proficiency.
(5) Suggest confirming the guidance wishes with the professor of ISS before applying.
